Join us for a heady blend of rum tasting, history and tall tales of gunpowder and piracy. We explore the wide range and depth of caribbean rum, from its origins in Hispaniola to the cocktail bars of Miami and New York.

We talk, chat and discover what makes each rum special. Diving into the people that pioneered and blended the premium rums, alongside the distilling, barrel ageing and blending that creates the flavour.

We use WIRSPA (West Indies Rum & Spirits Producers Association) quality rums to guarantee quality, and capture the spirit of each island & distillery. As an independent tasting, we’re free of brand / commercial pressure and can free-wheel through the exciting world of rum, and have fun!
